You will receive $250 to $1000 of incentive for each successful placement made through your referral based on skill set, nature of job and duration.

We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and security of Users' personal information. Personal information includes any factual or subjective information, recorded or not, about an identifiable individual. This includes information in any form. Personal information does not include aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific individual or the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

  • emergiTEL is accountable for the protection of all personal information within the organization's possession or control, including any personal information that has been transferred to a third party for any purposes. We will not sell, trade or rent any of our Users' personal information to any third parties.
  • Identifying purposes The purpose(s) for collecting any information from our Users will be identified before the information is collected. In general, emergiTEL collects personal information only for the following purposes:
    • To provide requested information.
    • To establish and maintain responsible commercial relations with customers and candidates and to provide ongoing service
    • To understand customer needs and preferences. For example, to maintain a record of the emergiTEL services you have purchased in the past.
    • To meet legal and regulatory requirements. For example, emergiTEL may collect personal information from you to satisfy government regulations, i.e.: tax.
    • To evaluate candidates and applicants who have submitted personal information to emergiTEL for employment and/or contract consideration purposes.
  • We will keep our Users' personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
  • emergiTEL reserves the right to change or modify this privacy policy and our information handling practices. A modification date will be posted.
